Rural Roots Market

We believe in growing our community and in supporting New Ross become food secure, so we partnered with Ross Farm, a Living Agricultural Museum, and the New Ross Food Buying Club, to launch Rural Roots Market, a public market where food, cultures, and communities meet.

Among our regular vendors you will find Solas Kombucha, locally cultured, raw, organic tea brewed with love in New Ross. Vegetables, honey, eggs, micro-greens, chicken and more from Klayhurst Farms. Traditional and unbelievably good gluten free baked goods from C Squared Bakery & More. Vegan SuperFood Treats by Red Door plus old fashioned lemon ricotta cake. Essential Oils & Clean Home Products by Bare Essence. Fresh fare from Ross Farm.

Check the General Store table for fresh produce. Come and support young budding entrepreneurs at the Youth Booth.

Great gift ideas – vintage arts & crafts, linen and cotton aprons, flowers and arrangements, pottery, stained glass, bunting flags, twig trellises, gardening stakes, sprout kits, and much more. Also available will be locally milled and handmade, raised garden beds that are both stackable and moveable.

Enjoy our signature Ploughman’s Picnic Lunch with locally produced foods from Peasant’s Pantry, Homestead Cheese, sourdough bread, seasonal cordials and condiments.

Keep your eye out for ever changing visiting vendors, artisans and entertainers.
