Playgroup runs every MONDAY and THURSDAY throughout the school year. Join us for songs, stories, crafts and a nutritious snack from 9:30 - 11:30am. This program is for children from birth to school age.

YOGA NIDRA CLASS (Yoga Nidra is the practice of Yogic Sleep or deep rest. The practice allows the mind and body to restore and heal) ALL LEVELS are welcome.
