DESCRIPTION:Poplar Ridge 5k Scramble \n\n\n\n\nThe New Ross Trails Society is hosting a first ever 5k Run/Walk on the Old Annapolis Road.  The route climbs up to Poplar Ridge and then back again to the start area behind Hughes Diesel Repair.  Much of the trail is well packed and easy going\, but there are a few spots with rougher tread and wet areas.    Dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear.  The run will be timed\, but no one will be taking it too seriously. Complete with soft lighting and relaxing music. \nWe will begin by a short simple seated stretch sequence that is aimed to relieve stress\, specific to those areas of the body that tend to hold tension. \nYou will then get comfortable on your mat\, with pillow\, blanket and supports\, eyes remain closed during the practice.
