DESCRIPTION:5 wk session with instructor\, Mona Keddy\, at the NRFRC. \nCost: $60.00 \nThe practice of yoga creates opportunities for increased stength\, stability and mobility as well as a deepening ease of being.  Through this 5-wk course learn how to balance the breath and the recognition of profound stillness within each of us. \nMona has been practicing and studying yoga since 1996 and teaching it since 1997.  She offers accessible practices for students from beginner to more experienced.
