This is open to anyone who is interested in learning more. The presentation will explain who they are and how they help. It highlights services such as our confidential telephone and email support\, monthly peer support groups\, educational workshops\, information\, and referrals. They will also show you how to get the most out of their website’s many resources. \nWe will then serve a light lunch for anyone is attending the morning or afternoon session. \nThe afternoon will be a three-hour workshop will be for participants who are currently taking care of a family member or friend. This workshop is called\, “Advance Care Planning for Caregivers”.
