Yoga Nidra can help with reducing anxiety and depression\, healing emotional pain and trauma\, relieving chronic pain\, decreasing stress\, relaxing and restoring the body and mind. The class will start with some gentle movement and stretching\, that leads in to the Nidra practice\, where you will find a comfortable position\, lying on your back with a blanket and pillow.
