The blacksmith shop\, with its collection of tools played an important role in this settlement. This weekend come to Ross Farm Museum and learn why the blacksmith was such an important part of the community and why they remained so well into the 20th century.

You better come on down! \nDates: Tuesdays July 12th – August 23rd (7 weeks) from 12:00 – 3:00pm. \nLocation: New Ross Consolidated School \nInstructors: Recreation Summer Staff \nAges: 7-10 \nCost: $7 ($5 for each additional child) Pay/Register by: Tuesday July 5th (Registration OPENS June 21st so mark your calendar!) Themes: A Bug’s life\, Marvelous Maud Lewis’\, Junior Justice League\, Experimentation Nation\, Agent 007-010\, Imagination Station\, Hit it Out of The Park Programs will run rain or shine\, so dress appropriately for the weather. \nBring water\, sunscreen\, and a snack is recommended.
