DESCRIPTION:4 Week Canning Course with Liz Young \nFREE – Tuesdays in November\, starting on the 8th\, 15th\, 22nd\, 29th from 1:00pm – 4:00pm. \nDuring the 4-week course participants will learn the basic of food preparation for canning to preserve fruits and vegetables of the season. It will also include an explanation of appropriate cleaning\, sanitizing\, and sterilization of surfaces\, utensils equipment\, and jars.
