Complete with soft lighting and relaxing music. \nWe will begin by a short simple seated stretch sequence that is aimed to relieve stress\, specific to those areas of the body that tend to hold tension. \nYou will then get comfortable on your mat\, with pillow\, blanket and supports\, eyes remain closed during the practice.
