DESCRIPTION:As part of the New Ross Christmas Festival\, staff at Ross Farm have put together a great program for your enjoyment.  Step back in time to experience Christmas in the Country. At Rosebank Cottage sample traditional dishes from the period\, such as plum pudding\, sugar cookies\, and warmed spiced cider. \nOn Saturday\, young and old alike will enjoy\, “Father Christmas” from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. \nIn the Learning Centre Hearth Room on Saturday\, from 1:00 -3:00 pm\, enjoy the musical entertainment. \nThere will be craft activities in the school house and farm workshop. \nWeather permitting\, there will be horse drawn wagon rides. \nA Craft Fair will be held in the Learning Centre on Dec 3rd from 10:30am-3:30pm.
