DESCRIPTION:Fun & Fitness classes with Wanda Broome \nThis 50+ exercise is for you! \nWanda Broome certification senior fitness instructor\, through the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging (CCAA). \nOffering classes at New Ross Consolidated School starting \nMonday January 14th from 9:00 am – 10:00 am in the gym\, running for 8 weeks. \nAlso holding classes at the New Ross Family Resource Centre downstairs in our community room. Wednesdays starting Jan. 16 from 10:30am – 11:30am for 8 weeks. \n~ Cost: $3.00 drop in fee\, this covers room rental and Wanda’s fee. We will \ncontinue the classes as long as there is interest from the community. \nYou will also need to wear sneakers\, comfortable clothing\, dress in layers\, and bring your water.
