Wanda Broome certification senior fitness instructor\, through the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging (CCAA). \nOffering classes at the New Ross Family Resource Centre (NRFRC)-on Monday(9-10am) & Wednesdays (10-11am)\, downstairs in our community room. \n~ Cost: $5.00 drop in fee\, this covers room rental and Wanda’s fee. \nYou will also need to wear sneakers\, comfortable clothing\, dress in layers\, and bring your water. DESCRIPTION:On September 19\, 2019 and September 26\, 2019\, we are offering two information/support sessions facilitated by Nicole Robson\, Outreach Coordinator from Second Story Women’s Centre.
