You will go up the steps on the left of the building.\nYou will be required to wear a mask into the centre\, upon entry you will sanitize your hands. We will take names and phone #’s each week of participants for contact tracing.\n\n\nAfter you are in the class and on your mat you can remove your mask for the class.\nWe will limit the class size to 8 people to meet the required 6 foot social distancing\, so sign up early.\n\n\nWhat to bring: Wear comfortable clothes\, a water bottle & yoga mat\, you will also be responsible for your props for the class. She offers accessible practices for students from beginner to more experienced.
