Wanda Broome certification senior fitness instructor\, through the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging (CCAA). \nOffering classes at New Ross Consolidated School (NRCS) starting \nMonday April 1st to May 27th from 9 am – 10 am in the gym\, (no class on April 22 or May 20) \nAlso holding classes at the New Ross Family Resource Centre (NRFRC) downstairs in our community room. Starting Wednesday April 3rd to May 29th from 10 am – 11 am \n~ Cost: $3.00 drop in fee\, this covers room rental and Wanda’s fee. \nYou will also need to wear sneakers\, comfortable clothing\, dress in layers\, and bring your water.
