The sessions will be held from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the New Ross Family Resource Centre. \nThe session on September 19\, 2019\, will focus on recognizing the warning signs of stress\, stress management\, coping skills\, such as mindfulness practice\, setting boundaries and general self-care tips and tools. \nThe session on September 26\, 2019\, will focus on grief and loss\, specifically how grief impacts all aspects of our lives\, and tools that can help to manage the loss. \nIf you are interested in attending please contact the New Ross Family Resource Centre to register or call me\, Nicole Robson at 902-640-3044 ext 116. \nThank-you
