Baby Feeding Workshop

This month at Baby Group we are talking about feeding older babies, with a focus on baby-led weaning and Canada’s Food guide!

Katie Cox, our Dietetic Intern, will be answering your questions on baby-led weaning for 6 mth olds such as “What is it? Is it safe? How can I do it at home?” and more!

This event will happen on Thurs June 13th from 10:30-11:30am. A handout will be given for families to take home and finger foods will be offered for both parents and babies to try! This is a free event that runs with Playgroup, so care for older kids is available.
