Total Barre Fitness Class (FREE)

Join Tania Ward on Friday, September 9th 10:30-11:30am for a FREE fitness class to see if Barre is right for you!
Total Barre is a fun, high-energy workout that integrates Pilates, cardio, strength training and elements of dance. Through challenging, yet adaptable exercise sequences, your arms, legs and core will be strengthened and toned. Your spirits will be lifted, your body changed, and you’ll look forward to your next Total Barre Workout.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water. Wear comfortable clothes.
Classes will then run Friday, Sept. 16th to Friday, Oct. 21st, 10:30 – 11:30 am.
Cost: $65.00 for 8 weeks
