PLEASE BRING YOUR HEALTH CARD

If you are unable to travel to the flu shot clinic related to significant medical issues, please inquire at the flu shot clinic about a house visit by Dr. O’Neil for the flu shot.  This is limited to those who are unable to leave home due to medical conditions.

We will hand out numbers upon arrival so you can wait in your car if you prefer. (we will come out and get you when it is your turn)
