Info/Support Sessions

On September 19, 2019 and September 26, 2019, we are offering two information/support sessions facilitated by Nicole Robson, Outreach Coordinator from Second Story Women’s Centre. The sessions will be held from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the New Ross Family Resource Centre.

The session on September 19, 2019, will focus on recognizing the warning signs of stress, stress management, coping skills, such as mindfulness practice, setting boundaries and general self-care tips and tools.

The session on September 26, 2019, will focus on grief and loss, specifically how grief impacts all aspects of our lives, and tools that can help to manage the loss.
