Preserving the Harvest

Basic Preserving Techniques – at Forest Heights School – Saturday, November 12, 1:30 -4:00 pm. Instructor Mary Lou White will teach you the basic techniques and recipes to preserve fresh fruits, vegetables, berries and herbs. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to save food and money while making custom, tasty treats. Each participant will take home two finished products.
