*new* RISE | Accountability Group: Free. New Year, New You? This is the time of year when many of us set New Year’s Resolutions for ourselves. Do you find yourself setting goals and struggling to follow through with them? Join us on January 22^nd from 10-11:30 am for a RISE (Refresh, Inspire, Support, Empower) info session where you learn how to create SMART goals, set yourself up for success, and common things that may hold you back (and how to keep going!) Following the info session will be optional weekly get-togethers and an ongoing virtual chat to encourage and uplift each other on our respective journeys!
