Yoga Nidra with Tammy Turple

A deeply healing and restorative practice for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
Did you know that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep!?
Yoga Nidra is also known as Yogic Sleep.
You will be welcomed to a space that is warm and cozy. Complete with soft lighting and relaxing music.
We will begin by a short simple seated stretch sequence that is aimed to relieve stress, specific to those areas of the body that tend to hold tension.
You will then get comfortable on your mat, with pillow, blanket and supports, eyes remain closed during the practice. All you need to do is breath, listen, and receive…
Once comfortable, you will be guided through a relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation.
We end the class with some peaceful relaxing music, lights remain low, giving you time to reflect on your practice and simply rest.

What to bring:
Yoga Mat, blanket, pillow, a bolster or small cushion or pillow as extra support for under your knees, or lower back, wherever you may need extra support for complete comfort of your body.
Optional: A journal or notebook to write down any reflections from the class.
