We don't tap a lot of trees at Ross Farm Museum, but we still have fun with maple syrup. Sample maple syrup and pancakes in Rosebank Cottage, learn about the process of tapping trees, collecting sap and boiling sap down over an outdoor fire. Enjoy a sweet day at the museum.
Door prize and prize for best 50s/60s costume! Put your bobbie socks on and come join in the fun as we take a trip down memory lane. Ticket's available at Barry Russell's Service Station, starting March 6th. Doors open at 8:45pm, Dance is from 9pm - 1am. Admission $7.00 (19 and over welcome).
