The Ron T. Barkhouse located at the Ross Farm Museum main building, will be open for the day, and we would like to invite you to enjoy our displays, collections, resources, and talk with our members. We will have refreshments from 2-4pm and entertainment in the Hearth Room. Come help us celebrate!
Playgroup runs every MONDAY and THURSDAY throughout the school year. Join us for songs, stories, crafts and a nutritious snack from 9:30 - 11:30am. This program is for children from birth to school age.
Child Care is provided on Monday, Wednesday (including early dismissal days), and Fridays after school until parent pick up -- which is anytime before 6:00pm. We don't tap a lot of trees at Ross Farm Museum, but we still have fun with maple syrup. Sample maple syrup and pancakes in Rosebank Cottage, learn about the process of tapping trees, collecting sap and boiling sap down over an outdoor fire. Enjoy a sweet day at the museum.
