Playgroup runs every MONDAY and THURSDAY throughout the school year. Join us for songs, stories, crafts and a nutritious snack from 9:30 – 11:30am. This program is for children from birth to school age.
During this 4-week session, we will explore the importance of self-care and stress management through a variety of techniques, and will look at what struggles make it difficult to maintain self-care.
