Yoga with Mona. Wednesdays, starting January 4th to March 8th, 6:30pm – 7:45pm. 10 week session for adults. Fee: $120.00. Yoga brings together movement of body, awareness of breath and mental concentrations to enhance well-being. Registration is limited and you must pre-register.
