The Optimal Aging is a 4-week mental health promotion initiative that promotes psycho-social wellness and builds resilience among individuals of age. Preregistration is not required but for planning purposes we would appreciate you calling the NRFRC 902-689-2414 if you are interested in joining Karen. Runs every second Thursday, join us from 10:00-11:30am. FREE, drop-in program. Come join parents and caregivers for tea, coffee, and conversation.

Fall session starting on Friday, September 14th, for 10 weeks. Classes include: Creative Movement (ages 3-5), Jazz (ages 6-9), Contemporary & Jazz Technique (ages 10+), Competitive Contemporary (ages 10-14), Solo & Duo Rehearsals (ages 10+).
