The New Ross chapter of Rad Squad will be starting Sept 24th at the NRFRC, and every Monday until June. This canning class will focus on preparing one type of traditional pickle and covers techniques for making low-acid/hot-water-bath pickle recipes. Cost: FREE Age: 16+ (ages 10-15 can come with a parent/guardian) Preregister by calling 902-275-3490 before Sept 20th.
