    In the early 1800's the only source of light would have been by candle. Many families would have had to make their own candles or else go with no light at all.  Come join the staff at the Ross Farm Museum in making dipped candles just like the settlers would have done years ago.

    This weekend the interpreters at Ross Farm Museum will be demonstrating the traditional art of snowshoe making. They will have snowshoes available for you to experience snowshoeing first hand.

  • Beginner Rug-Hooking Workshop

    If you would like to try rug-hooking join us at the Ross Farm Museum for a 1-day workshop and create a beautiful hot pad with traditional "hit and miss" background.  No previous experience required. Time: 9:30am-4:30pm (Bring your own lunch) Cost: Course=$50, Heart Kit=$50
