Today is the day to step back in time and do some everyday hands-on activities. Different activities will be scheduled each day such as wood punching, quill pen writing, taffy pull, candle dipping, cow milking, and blacksmithing.
Last Sunday of every month at the Ross Farm in the Hearth Room from 1-4pm. There will be tea and coffee. Fee is $3.00
Members of the Gasoline engine club will be on hand with displays and demonstrations of older style farm equipment.

This year the Ross Home is 200 years old, so in honor of this occasion we will be offering scheduled guided tours of the home throughout the day which will give an understanding of the actual construction of the home. Cake and tea will also be served.
Making hats by braiding natural fibers is considered an art by some, but at one time, it was simply a fact of life. When laborers were out all day under the hot sun, protection was a necessity. This weekend staff will be demonstrating the tradition art of Straw hat braiding.
Join us at the Rosebank Cottage and chat with our interpreters as they demonstrate the beautiful art of both needle and shuttle tatting.
